The Yesoul T5 Plus brings automatic heart-rate-guided training to a full-size home treadmill. It finds your personal Zone 2 range, then holds you in it by adjusting speed and incline for you — so steady aerobic training becomes something you can actually repeat, not something you have to manage minute by minute. A heart-rate chest strap is included in the box.

[ZoneFinder™ — Find Your Own Zone 2]

ZoneFinder™ estimates your personal Zone 2 heart-rate range from a guided on-machine assessment of heart rate, effort and performance — rather than a generic age-based formula. It can also draw on data you already have from Apple Health, Garmin and WHOOP, so your training range reflects your own fitness rather than a table.

[ZoneSync™ — Automatic Speed & Incline]

ZoneSync™ reads your heart rate in real time and adjusts speed and incline for you, keeping you inside your target Zone 2 range. Heart rate naturally drifts upward over a long session even at the same pace — ZoneSync™ responds to that drift so you are not stopping to press buttons every few minutes.

[Heart-Rate Chest Strap Included]

Every T5 Plus ships with a heart-rate chest strap, so heart-rate-guided training works from the first session. The strap supplies the live data that ZoneSync™ uses to adjust speed and incline.

[30% Max Incline]

With up to 30% incline you can reach Zone 2 at a walking pace, building cardiovascular demand through elevation instead of speed. It suits low-impact endurance work, incline walking and steep intervals for VO₂ max, without needing to run hard every session.

[21.5" Swivel Screen with Wired Mirroring]

The 21.5 in screen rotates so you can keep watching during off-machine floor work as well as on the belt. Content is brought across by wired mirroring from your own device, so you watch what you already subscribe to.

[Zero-Gravity Cushioned Deck]

A 4-layer deck with an 8-point cushioning system spreads and absorbs impact across the running surface, so each landing feels softer. This is what makes frequent walking, jogging and long Zone 2 sessions repeatable week after week rather than something your joints need to recover from.

[Folds Away Between Sessions]

The manual vertical fold brings the footprint down to 103.5 × 85.3 cm when you are not training, so a full-size 20 × 60 in running deck does not have to occupy permanent floor space in a living room, spare bedroom or garage.
