Spring Resistance Guide:

The springs are colour-coded so you can tell the resistance at a glance. Every spring has a 350mm free length, and the figures below are the pull force measured at 1000mm stretched length.

• Green (A2) - Light, 36N (approx. 3.7kg): Warm-ups, rehabilitation, and beginner arm and footwork
• Yellow (A3) - Medium, 80N (approx. 8.2kg): Everyday full-body training, core and leg sequences
• Red (A4) - Heavy, 170N (approx. 17.3kg): Strength work, jump board, and advanced leg press

Springs can be combined on the carriage - green plus yellow, for example - so you can fine-tune the load as you progress, then drop back down for stretching and recovery.
